THE ROLE OF THE CONSULTANT

For SMEs and large companies, we recruit executives and managers.

When a Relief HR consultant is recruiting or assessing applicants,
he acts fully as the customer company's Human Resources manager.
He is its ambassador.

Our mission as HR consultants consists in taking a step back to look at things from a distance
and with a critical eye, in getting the situation in perspective, rising above it, taking the long view…

We make sure we give the most adequate advice, advice that is not cut
and dried but committed enough, nuanced and in harmony with the
company's environment or the person.

Our recruitments also take place within the framework of international
mobility and our role is then to give career guidance advice
to the company and the collaborator.
